The TerryWhite Chemmart Health App is your pocket health carer, helping you stay in control of your health and saving you valuable time. The Tap-To-Refill and Snap-n-Send features make it easy to order your medications ahead of time, while GP Link will also cut down on those seemingly endless hours spent waiting to see your doctor for a new script.
Your pocket health carer will also make sure you are taking your medications safely, effectively and on time. With our Take-My-Meds feature, you won’t have to set dozens of different alarms throughout the day to remind you to take your medication. Just enter a couple of details and the App will alert you when it’s time to take a particular medication.
You can also access your entire script history and will receive automatic reminders for when your prescription supply is low or a new prescription is needed, so you never get caught without medication. Simple!
Carer Mode® is the ultimate tool if you care for someone who’s not quite up to doing it themselves. With Carer Mode® you can manage other family members’ medications, set alerts, request prescription repeats – all the same features as if you were using the App yourself. The App remembers all the information so that you don’t have to, and you get the peace of mind that all their medication is being administered as it should.
