A standalone app that offers beautiful weather widgets inspired by Android Twelve / Android 13 / Android 14 widgets / Pixel 6 widget / Pixel 7 widget / Pixel 7a weather widget design with all of the modern styles in high quality and beautiful fully customizable design.

The app is easy to use, light, and does not necessarily need location permission since besides its geo-positioning function to automatically detect the location, it also has the option to search for the city manually and it is battery friendly with no noticeable RAM or storage usage!

Pixel Weather Widgets app retrieves its weather data from the openweathermap.org which is a very accurate weather provider. The app gets the current temperature and current humidity in a variety of different widgets.

Ratings and reviews

The widgets look great, and updates current weather, but does not follow my location. Even when I have notifications turned on in the app, and follow my location enabled. At the system level, Android said notifications are blocked, with no way to unblock them, so I don't think this app is set up to request the correct permissions from the OS.

I have set the location to be updated automatically but it is not working. Everytime I have to change the location manually. I am giving 3 ster for this issue. Please fix this bug. ^*Weather notification and app notifications are enabled*. Otherwise it's a really nice app and rest of the things working perfectly. Material UI integration in Android has been implemented perfectly.

I made an in-app purchase to decorate the Galaxy S22 like a Pixel 7 Pro. It's pretty usable. However, it is unfortunate that there are times when the temperature is different from Google Weather even after refreshing. I will continue to use this app to decorate it like Google Pixel 7 Pro's Original Android UI. Thank you for your answer. I was satisfied with this app. I look forward to future updates.
