Great app love being able to pay my bill with the ease of my phone. However I have two addresses of service and the app will not let me switch to view issues for the 2nd address. Is there a fix in the works fire this issue?
I've had this app since I started service w/ txu a little over a year ago. And I have to say I've never had a problem with. Payments are submitted on time and I never have to worry about inputting my credit card each time I want to make a payment!! Very convenient
Easy to use but it's the 14th of September and I need to know my updated usage and it hasn't updated since the 9th. That hasn't happened before, and it's very frustrating. It's practically been a week since it's last update when usually it only takes a day or two.
Only basic functionality Come on. This app does not give more info than our current paper bill. Can't they give us some more interactive features. Like the ability to change the date range on the usage graph. Or allow us to look back at more then 13 months of data. It would be nice to compare every month over two years so we can see if we are doing better at saving energy. Or even be able to show one day's hourly usage vs temp.
BE AWARE!! Not sure if it's the app or txu but they have a way of finding extra charges that was not in the contract agreement. Have a family member that works for oncor and said that this is not showing your exact usage of electricity from when he was keeping track with his equipment. WATCH YOUR BILL CAREFULLY or ur bill will sky rocket out of no where.
Nicely thought thru, easy Give it better than average utility company app. Most setup to make sure their paid without other thought given to consumer. This one actually believes in allowing you to make changes, review, & breakdown account/where the Energy peaks. Would be cool to actually tie into your meter usage and breakdown current/line usage...who knows maybe the future without having go pay for additional monitor device. Well done for now
