PSSSF Kiganjani enables members and pensioners to conveniently access their social security information and services anytime, anywhere. Through the app, users can register, view membership and employment details, access contribution and pension statements, view dependants information, track claims and workflow status, submit enquiries, receive notifications, and access various PSSSF services online. Pensioners can also perform touchless fingerprint verification through the app.

Ratings and reviews

The app is good but needs improvement. For instance on my case, after transferring from STAMICO (contract, no check number) to NEMC (permanent, with a check number), the app and membership portal still show only my STAMICO details. My NEMC information does not appear, and I cannot update it myself. I must rely on HR to correct my employment and contribution records. Members should be able to update details or submit update requests through the app.

I don't know whether I'm the only one who encounters this problem. Whenever I want to login, these words appear "Something went wrong.Try again later" Your IT department should work on this!

The app needs more improvement it cannot send the one time password or one time password. It's a good idea having an app but should be well improved.
