While I have no complaints about the service itself, the app has an extremely fiddly, irritating and very frustrating map. I beg you, do more testing of that feature, and do implement corrections. If you did testing with AI, which I do not care if you did - check the result or learn to write better prompts. I do not care. make the map features USER FRIENDLY please.

You can't order a return trip. When ordering a return trip, even though you're already in the taxi, you have to make a new order, get out, and wait for another car. The app menu has the option to add an additional stop along the way. This isn't what people are looking for when adding a return route. As far as I understand, you just need to change the name of this menu item—add a stop or return route. The current menu item does not match the expected meaning, is poorly worded, and creates unneces

I'm fairly new to uklon, but I tried twice today to book a cab, first driver parked 200m away in a supermarket car park and waited for me, didn't drive to my destination and it was 35 Deg celcius so I wasn't going to walk to him. had to cancel the ride, then later I tried to get another taxi, kept jacking the price up so I just gave up.
