Install Diya, log in and use digital documents, share their copies and get government services in a few clicks.

Digital documents in Diya will appear automatically after authorization, provided that the data is in the registers. They will have the same force as paper and plastic originals, and no one will have the right to demand a physical counterpart if you show the document in Diya.

In Diya, you and your children have a COVID vaccination certificate, a recovery certificate and a negative PCR test. Request a certificate and it will be pulled in a few seconds.

The application can be used by citizens of Ukraine and foreigners with a residence permit.

The action is convenient, inconspicuous, humane.

It does fine with the easy stuff. Documents (drivers lisc, vehicle reg) have disappeared and I can't get them back. It gives my place of registration but then denies services because it says I've no place of registration. Customer service is impossible to get in touch with. Ticket for requested fix submitted in May 2024 still not addressed. A nightmare.

I was approved for the e-resident program and had received the tax number as well. however the visa got expired in March 2026. I did not receive the notification on how to renew it or the process to follow for renewal. the initial app (uresident) where the tax number was generated is no longer working. the Diia app doesn't allow me to login with out Ukrainian bank account details. have had sent mail to e-resident program mail id in the month of Feb 2026. please help to resolve this issue.

Foreign passport NFC scan does not work, also don't use telegram for anything unless you want your data sent to ruzzians.
