Alliance is a mobile banking app for everyday life and business in Ukraine, from JSC "Bank Alliance" — a licensed Ukrainian bank. Open an account and cards online, send money, pay for utilities, exchange currency, and run your finances as a sole proprietor — all in one place. One smart app covers the everyday — from household bills to entrepreneur payments.

It is digital banking built for daily tasks: a couple of taps to make a transfer, check your balance, and keep your budget on track. Availability of individual products depends on customer status, current tariffs, and limits.

Cards, accounts and Google Pay
• Credit card Startova, debit Tsilova, and Ihrova for gamers.
• Choose virtual or plastic — issued in the app, reissued when needed.
• Full card and account details are always at hand.
• Add your card to Google Pay and start paying in stores and on the web.
• Top up your balance with cash or from another bank.
• Manage limits and check what you spend anytime.
• Cashback on purchases — rates and categories under the program terms; the Ihrova card has its own promo rules in categories such as gaming, entertainment, and education.

Payments and transfers
• Send funds between your cards in a one click.
• Payments by IBAN — budget and commercial.
• Pay for utilities and the internet — electricity, energy, gas, and more — and settle any bill without leaving the app.
• Mobile top up for your number or your family.
• International money transfers available in the app.
• Save favorite payments and repeat any payment in one tap; receipts and transaction history stay within reach.
• Need a statement or a certificate? Generate financial documents right in the app.

Currency exchange and deposits
• Tsilova supports FX operations: buy and sell online, with the rate always shown in the app.
• Deposits with interest capitalization or payout at the end of the term; early termination is available.
• Buy currency to fund a deposit — subject to the current terms and limits.
• Open a deposit and grow your savings from your smartphone — no branch visit required.

Credit limit and advanced installments
• Startova: apply for a credit limit of up to UAH 300,000 with a grace period of up to 92 days.
• The decision is made after your application is reviewed, and you apply right from the app. Credit products are available to customers aged 21+ under the current terms.
• Installments: split a purchase and repay it in convenient parts under the product terms.

For entrepreneurs and business
• Open an account for a sole proprietor (FOP) or a legal entity online.
• Keep personal finance and business funds side by side — one app instead of several.
• Statements and documents — ready when you need them for reporting.

Getting started
Registration takes a few steps and is available from age 16:
1. Download the Alliance app.
2. Confirm your phone number.
3. Choose a product — one of the cards or an account for your business.
4. Complete id verification via the Diia app or a selfie video chat.
5. Get virtual card or physical card via Nova Poshta express delivery manager
