Legitimacy and security
- The rental agreement is automatically generated in LifeChat and does not need to be printed
- LifeChat - a modern Act of acceptance and transfer of a car and a legal appendix to the contract

How does Porto work?
- Register at Porto.ua. In your profile, you can act as both a car owner and a renter
- Choose a car, the date and time of the start and end of the rental
- Send a request for car reservation to the owner
- Get a booking confirmation from the owner
- Familiarize yourself with the formed lease agreement
- When handing over a car, take a picture of it from all sides in LifeChat
- Get a car, pay the rent and go on a trip

- Porto does not carry out car rental transactions
- The owner and the tenant agree on payment in a convenient way
- Porto records the arrangements and makes them legitimate

Porto (tm) is a carsharing IT platform of PortoCar LLC for posting ads on the temporary use of vehicles, searching for such ads, and concluding carsharing contracts. The legal relationship that arises between Porto users is the relationship of a rental contract in the sense of the civil legislation of Ukraine.
