Cannot change the tariff, doesn't support all regions (Cherkasy!), constant interface changes make it just worse

Can't change tariff, infinite top-up message is shown even after I top-up.

I topped up the accounts on two my numbers and used the "push up" button in application (so I thought - tariffs were paid) - none of my menus worked to connect the tariff, moreover, the notification about the daily tariff came only three hours later, which is why I could not track the whole situation at once (at the moment). About the first number - fixed by support. That the same situation happened to my second number I found out on the next day. Support was denied assistance. Waste of money.
