Fantastic! One question: I want to get a pro version now...should I go for Tasklife or Habit Streak? Thanks!
Great and simple
(1) There are many good things about this app. It has tons of potential. I just don't understand it. What do the numbers mean? What is "days"? Why is it green? What is 5/8? There was a small explanation when I installed the app but I forgot. (2) I'd like to see things made a lot more clear and... fun. (3) I bought two of this developer's apps but now searching for another habit app.
I suppose it works, but I found it's checking system unintuitive. Also, the data display is not the best visually, which is the whole reason for setting up a 'chain'. There are other apps that do it better, or you can always use a good old paper copy - probably superior to this one.
It's okay I like that you can customize the prompt question. You should be able to set the reminder for anytime not just on the hour. The red theme is really hard in the eyes, customizable colors should be available.
Could be improved The concept is awesome but there's some tweakages. For example, imputing a habit is difficult because the pull up menu from my keyboard pushes up the screen, so I can't see what I'm typing, and I keep having to go back and forth. I also think that you should be able to check off an item day of, instead of the day after. Just makes more sense.
Notifications simplified: previously trying to be too clever (and not activating self when you had already updated for the day, but this was potentially confusing) + bugfixes/updates for newer versions of Android. Some other behind the scenes tweaks/improvements.
