This game doesn't like to lose it gets all the perfect dice rolls, if you leave a chip open it will get you, and you get your doubles when blocked and can't use them. Why design a game like this? Ridiculous rubbish. In response to your reply, you are still coming out with the same old rubbish. How is it possible for me to guess what your cpu will roll more than 80% of the time surely if it was random I shouldn't be able to guess hardly at all. Also on the issue of my rolls how is it that I roll more doubles when blocked and when partially blocked the doubles will be the ones that are blocked. Face it this many people can not be wrong take your head out of your backside and admit it.
It's so fixed, when your playing they'll role like 2 doubles in a row. It's like the dice role in the games favor all the time. They can say what they want it's rigged. Makes it stressful to play. I don't mind loosing but I do mind being bamboozled. Games wak but what do expect for free. You get what you pay for, thats for sure.
Well designed and user-friendly game. I thought the dice were loaded at first but I've played hundreds of times (at level 5) and they're not. I win over 70% matches. There are a few minor glitches especially in the auto-bear off strategy, but they don't spoil the game. Very enjoyable.
This game is horrible. You don't have to be a programmer to know the CPU already knows ALL the rolls for the game once it starts, and knows what it will counter with should you move a certain way. I've been playing for over 40 years, and any experienced player knows that a 6/1, 4/2, or 5/3 etc. is played a certain way, but the CPU won't play rolls the way an experienced player will play. Try using the Undo and watch how the CPU changes it's strategy, a sure sign this game CHEATS. Notice there's pattern to the responses from their developers; "the rolls are completely random." No, these rolls are NOT random, no matter how many times they repeat themselves. When on the bar, be prepared for the CPU to get out almost immediately once one spot is open, or at the very least within 3 rolls. Also, once you pass the CPU and are bearing off, expect to get at least one roll of a 1/2, and countless other rolls with a x/1, and the CPU starts getting doubles and high rolls to catch up. One game I played the CPU had 12 doubles and I had 0. Does this game cheat? YES. If you think it's good, then the other games out there must really be awful because this one is.
Good game. Would love to see more statistics. Also a tutorial game setting which would show what the cpu would do. How does this engine compare against other AIs? Eg jellyfish. Not quite sure I like the menu presentation but that is a bit irrelevant.
On level 5 I hardly ever win the initial role. To many convenient double throws for the CPU at the end makes it win most of the time. Ai can defend as much as you like but this just does not happen in real world situations. Decided now to uninstall because it's just not playable anymore. There are too many perfect rolls by the CPU and never accept a double. You will lose. The stats are.also incorrect. I hardly ever win the initial roll yet it says we are almost equal. It's a pity because it's overall a nice looking game.
