Very Nice Chess Game Surprisingly addictive game, computer is smart, but not overly smart. There is certainly still a challenge on the higher difficulties though! Game runs well and several bonus features like an in game tutor. Would recommend to anyone! This is certainly the best chess game on the Google Play Store!
Great app. But one suggestion- You should introduce a "customize chess board" option so players can practice specific situations. For eg: king+pawn vs king or queen vs 2 rooks etc... That would be really awesome. Thanks.
John I like to enjoy the app during my breaks at the college. The app helps me understand a form of psychology as I sit and guess what the computers next move will be on high difficulty. I don't not call people or have internet service so the offline ability is very convenient
Tiers of difficulty don't change At the lowest level the computer seems to make no mistakes. If i make a mistake it instantly capitalizes on it. I'm a beginner. Also, why does it need access to photos and microphone? I don't see a photo or sound upload.
Unethical new ads Aarrggghh!!!! I had this app 4 months but now i have 2 uninstall.. the new ads are ridiculous! They take over control of my phone and do not let me close them!! This app was good 4 a while but the new ads often have no X to close them and force u to go to google play store.. the toy block ad is the worst but this ad and others have no close button you have to minimize then maximize even then sometimes there is no close button and the ad often comes up twice back to back immediately..
Often stupid AI and increasingly invasive ads! This used to be one of the better free chess games. The AI always had some big problems, but in most games it was good enough. But now the game has gone to horrendously invasive ads that literally take over your device until a sort of movie has played. No way to cancel it. You just sit there helplessly while your screen auto-rotates, and the ad owns your device for however long the ad plays. The ads were always irritating and in your face, but before you were able to hit an x button to skip. Not anymore.
- Further minor fix to new book
- Ad stability improvements
