I have kept track of cards drawn and it repeats. So unless I missed it telling me this is two decks combined then it glitches. I won't say cheat because that is a human trait but it is repetitive. So it is fun but not accurate. 7/6/15 Reply to AI Factory no it is not from a discard I pulled the King of clubs out of the deck twice. Then it was the Kind of Queens. Playing on a nook does not allow for screen shots. I understand your need for help to fix troubles but you also need to play the game to find them for yourselves.
Another great game, just like everything else from AI Factory :) I own all your games except TicTacToe… which I was kinda disappointed to see released before Bridge & Whist (both card games). There aren’t any decent versions of these two games on the market, but there are a lot of great TicTacToe games available. Do you still plan to release Bridge & Whist (maybe Rentz)? You mentioned in an older post of mine that they're planned to be released (~6 months ago)
Cheats like hell This game is rigged. The opponents are ranked. The higher the rank the greater the cheating. I would like for the creators to fix the cheating and allow randomized card play. The game would be great if the cheating was fixed. I have uninstalled this game. It is not worth memory space.
Not even close to real gin rummy I've played a lot of gin rummy in my life, and the AI that drives this game isn't anywhere close to the real thing. Guess app developers are willing to use simplistic algorithms just to sell apps. If I hadn't purchased this game, I would uninstall it. I read the review about deals not being random and the developers response. Sorry guys, there is no way a truly random deal gives a hand that lets you or the cpu knock on the first few draws with the frequency it happens with this app. You should re-name this app "Speed Gin Rummy," because normal game strategy doesn't apply.
More Options None other allows the choice of playing straight gin, Hollywood gin, just this rush to knock game. Also the highest ai knocks in two sometimes 3 draws. A REAL PLUS would be like some of the other card games, give us the option to play both hands ALL CARDS SHOWING. Not only a learning tool, but would PROVE AI is not getting dealt better cards eachtime. Thanks.
Great: Unlike other reviewers, I think the deals are very fair. You win, you lose; not unlike playing against a human player. Computer opponents skills level up smoothly and if you read what their strengths and weaknesses are you can adjust your play accordingly. If you want to win all the time and don't want to challenge yourself, play against the one star opponents.
