Non-random Deals Can be a fun game, but deals are not random despite what might be said. Guaranteed, you will receive the two of clubs & or the queen along with medium to high cards. Rarely, upon passing does it allow you to short suit yourself... pass three of any suit to short suit your hand & you will receive at least two back. Funny thing, too, you may only have two suits in your hand, but guess what suits are only led by your competitors? It's beyond keeping count of cards. Sorry, but that's my experience.
Rigged against you I play at the highest level of difficulty. The other three (computer) players definitely work as a team against you. And don't expect to see low cards in your hand. It is rare to have any card lower than a six. Guess that's what makes the level difficult.
Buncha frigging cheaters lol A good way to spend time. while taking a dump...one thing I've noticed on the more challenging levels is that the other players will work together in an attempt to defeat me. I see them holding back hearts for each other, trying to save them for me! Also, they will take points & deliberately lose so another player wins and I don't.
Passing problem In a normal hearts game, you pass 1st to the left, then to the right, then across, then a hand with no passing. In this game there are passes every hand with no indication of which other player is receiving those cards. If you're trying to get the player with the lowest point total, then knowing who you're passing to is important.
Great Action in This Game I've played this version of Hearts for several years and it's my favorite. I've tried others, but always come back to this one. It's easy to maneuver so I can concentrate on the game and the variety of players keeps it challenging.
Performs great This is a well made game. No bugs, rule options, customizations, and you can pick a variety of *AI* opponents at different skill levels. It keeps track of game stats at different difficulty levels too. I wouldn't change a thing.
