Use to buy a Darlington day or weekly ticket very often. Love the app. Works fine for me, especially as I pay with pay pal. A lot of the negative reviews have issues with payment by card. Would recommend using pay pal if you can. Also, remember to buy your ticket BEFORE you're at the bus stop. That way you know you have it and won't have a paddy about internet connections when standing on the bus.
It doesnt let me turn it on ON ANY OF MY 3 PHONES, which meant I not only lost money on a weekly ticket (it worked for about 2 days), I had to walk 6 miles every day to get to my destination. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT
This app regularly hangs on the the splash screen. It took 4 restarts and 2 missed busses this morning to view my ticket. Why don't you just scrap that call to your servers when the app launches to validate a ticket and just encrypt the data on the users device. This is a really badly designed app and it's ratings speak volumes. Listen to your users!
Since the recent updates the app is very unstable. Regularly locks on start up and also doesn't update the ticket for the next day's word/colour scheme unless you force stop the app or reboot the phone. I will be going back to buying my tickets on the bus or via the website.
Poor performance issues on Sony Xperia Z5 compact and doesn't go past the splash screen since their apparent backend changes without forcing my phone into flight mode as advised in the comments on all these negative feedback. I'm lucky my job isn't reliant on me being punctual. Will be removing this unreliable app when my pass runs out.
The app refuses to load very often and needs force closing. It wouldn't work today and it seems like your servers are down. Workaround to put phone in aircraft mode is not good enough. This app should be reliable, as otherwise a driver won't let you onto a bus. Oh, and it always defaults to wrong region (Beds and Bucks).
