Fascinating and engaging, for the armchair science enthusiast or student, but... As an app, at 2.32GB!! Yes, you read that right, 2.32GB - when ancillary files are downloaded and uncompressed. Meaning this great science resource app is likely unavailable to a big range of devices. This is a basic design issue, and one that could be corrected easily by allowing the resource files to be saved to SD card. I can barely fit this on my Sony Tablet with my other stuff, and had to remove a lot just to accomodate it in the first place. Please consider the ability to place resources on the SD card. Horizon is a wonderful archive, and this app should be usable on many more devices.
Crashes on startup I've not actually seen the app as it crashes constantly on startup on my Nexus 10
How on earth !! Ok a very brief 2-3 page synopsis of each episode with a few brief (2 Mins max) low quality videos 2.32 GIGABYTES !!! How on earth did you manage to make the tiny amount of information this big ?
Crashes on startup I was very excited at first when I saw this app but unfortunately it crashes constantly on startup...hope you will get this issue fixed soon...using nexus 10
Crashes on opening Would love to use this app, but I've never been able to add it crashes on start up on my Nexus 7 (2012)
iPad??? I never realised iPads ran Android software! Auntie showing her bias a touch methinks...
