Ratings and reviews

Very annoying that in the "My Sports" section, every time I go back one step it takes me to the top of the section instead of just where I was. So now I have to repeatedly scroll down past stories I have either read already or have no interest in. It was doing the same thing in the 'Main section' but updating the app stopped the issue there but not in "My Sports" as detailed.

An absolute spam machine! I woke up to a phone full of notifications I specifically didn't ask for. I admit I'm not the world's biggest sports fan, but I like my football team and my national team, that's it. Instead, during the football world cup, my phone is clogged up with notifications about tennis, motor sport, cricket, and who knows what else. It's easier to find what you asked for on the BBC website. A complete waste of my time.

Since the last app update the drop down menu no longer lists all the different sports to pick from. Why change something that has always worked really well? You now have to search for the sport you want using the magnifying glass at the bottom of the app. It's just change for changes sake.

What's new

This release sees the Sport app's new Video Carousel, to bring you the best highlights of the sporting action.
We are also saying goodbye to the Live guide, due to ongoing technology changes this page will no longer be updating so we are removing it from our bottom and side navigation.
