Lead a positive life online, make smart choices and get advice when you need it with the Own It keyboard and app 😊

Getting your first smartphone is a super exciting moment. But when it’s finally in your hands, it can feel a little overwhelming too. And that's where the Own It keyboard and app comes in!

The Own It keyboard and app helps you to lead a happy and healthy life online. Maybe your phone notifications are waking you up at night. Or perhaps you're worrying about what to say in the group chat. Even in tricky situations, Own It gives you advice when you need it the most. And that means you can stay chilled and in control!

The Own It app comes with a special keyboard. You can use it like any other keyboard - to type messages to friends, post on social media or search online - and the clever bit happens while you're typing. The Own It keyboard uses special technology to check what you're saying as you write. If you're feeling bad, sharing information you shouldn't or being a bit mean, the keyboard gives you helpful tips and friendly advice, exactly when you need it. Oh and it’s packed full of emojis and GIFs too!

You can even use the Own It app like a little diary, by adding notes and tracking your emotions. No matter how you're feeling, the Own It app helps you out with articles, videos, questionnaires and challenges to improve your wellbeing.

Best of all, the Own It keyboard and app is personal to you. Everything you type is kept completely private, and never leaves the Own It app on your phone. The keyboard doesn’t share anything you type with other people - not even your parents. That means you can use the keyboard, add notes and share your emotions without worrying about who might see.
