Cannot submit a meter reading as for some blizzard reason the buttons no longer exist, it asked me to submit a reading and i tried to but as mentioned before, no buttons so can't submit reading. Information about my electric usage has been "error" for the past 6 months at least. tapping on any option within the settings menus does nothing. It is an entirely broken application, this is frankly concerning. It is concerning enough for me to consider switching to a better provider.

The app doesn't work. Tried to increase my monthly payments (correct amount is shown on the app) but the old amount is still coming out my account. Tried a one off top up but get a 'technical error' every time. It is literally impossible to pay them my outstanding balance.

Since 21 May 2022 the energy usage for my electric and gas, has not shown in the usage tab via the app. Loved the fact before I could check my daily use, I feel this is never going to work again. The app has had several updates and if a bug issue should surely of been fixed by now? The app does seem to be getting worse and worse in my opinion.
