Such an appalling app, I wouldn't even give it 1 star if it weren't for the fact I have to in order to post a review. Absolutely love that you are signposted to a page for help logging in that requires you to 'login' to access any help. Marvellous logic. Consistently signs you out and pretty much impossible to get back in as a password reset just returns error messages. Add to the mix a school that never replies if you ask for support and you have all the ingredients for a total waste of time.

I tried registering with Google, and having made my way through the rather convoluted process, I've gotten the rather helpful error "invalid site" and can't proceed any further. I can't try again because my invitation code has "already been claimed", so I'm stuck with no information on how to proceed or who to contact for help. For first impressions, this app appears to be as user friendly a kick in the nuts and as well thought out as anything that starts with "hold my beer" and ends in A&E.

The worst app I have ever used. Notified that my sons has a new achievement, clicked on the link then spent 10 mins watching it loop round telling me my session had expired, taking me to the log in page, opening up, then telling me my session had expired again. When it finally loaded, it wouldn't show the achievements, so a pointless exercise. I really hope that it's a freebie for the school. If they're paying for this, they should ask for a refund.
