these days everything is online, if you have a child in school then everything is done via app. my son's school use a different app and it is great no problem, however my daughter's school use this app. this has to be the worst app in history. occasionally gives you notifications when you open the app it asks you to sign in, that does not recognise the details, you try and reset the password and there are issues. the web version works but the app is absolutely useless.!!
