This app is really helpful- I love the fact that it's mainly based in Scripture, so truths are regularly being "fed" to you. It's definitely worth the monthly subscription, but I went ahead and got the yearly one because I plan to use it for 3+ months making it cheaper to go ahead and spend $20. I hope to use it postpartum too, and look forward to using it during birth. It is also one of the few things that helps me get back to sleep with some pregnancy insomnia.

I have the yearly subscription to the Christian Hypnobirthing app. I listen to the tracks a few times a week when I need help calming my mind and falling asleep. The app is easy to navigate and has dark mode so that it is easy on the eyes when you go to bed. It even has a sleep timer if you want to drift to sleep while listening to the calm music or tracks!

*Update: They contacted me promptly and fixed the problem! It was a mistake on my end as I never saw the notification. I'm impressed with their costumer service!!* I paid for this app and after just a few weeks I've been locked out of the tracks, and they want more money. Very disappointed. I thought I'd at least get to use it for one pregnancy. I gave it three stars because the content is great, but I'm just not sure what I paid for originally if I can't even access the tracks.
