Can't log in! Went through the process of updating details etc due to security scare and now I can't log on at all! It can't be that I'm using the wrong details because the website lets me straight on. Back to the plastic Costa card then!
FIXED The app now works thanks to the really helpful team at Costa HQ. I couldn't log in before because my phone was remembering the password and username with one extra space that was causing all the problems. Re-typed the login details rather than the saved ones and it logged in first time. Loads better now, thanks guys.

Useless Ever since the update I cannot log in. I have requested a new password and I still can't log in. Now when I request a new password it comes up with an error message saying failed to log in! Costa need to get this sorted out. Thankfully I've still got my card so can still get points.
Useless sign up form Sign up form forgets all the details entered if you switch apps, input verification only just works (for example the country field was correctly pre-filled but has to be edited to pass the verification), arbitrary maximum password length of 15 characters. Gave up on the assumption the rest of the app would be of a similar quality.
Had an email in April saying my account password had been changed for security reasons. But they never sent the new one. I have tried going through and resetting the password myself but it doesn't send an email to my address . Very annoying I've got loads of points and don't want to lose them!!
