Bring back the old app New app installed now it doesn't recognise my login details. So put in for new password and have done this 5 times and doesn't send email, until it's fixed I'm using my card and if I lose my points I won't be happy. Now I've entered new password and guess what still not working poor show Costa
Not a good user experience So out of all the chains I like Costa Coffee the most but am not a member. I wanted to find the address of the closest branch as a meeting point and decided to use the app to get this info. I was surprised to learn that I had to register before I could use the app and the system wouldn't register me so I ended up using Google Search to get the info I needed. Poor show Costa - if your app doesn't work fix it before releasing it to the public !
Nothing works Doesn't reconized my card number, mu user name or password. When I request a new password - I don't get a email with a reset password. I'm sticking with independent coffee shops.
Useless Have tried to register etc..but it doesn't complete and when trying again says name already taken and then fails to send an email. What a waste of time. By comparison Starbucks is so easy so that's going to have to be the coffee for me.
Password Can not log in reset password but comes up error 500 500! Also can't log on to account on on Web
Misses points Used a few times but does not always add my points. Might not be apps fault but an unexperienced barista. Hear it beep once scanned and they say it was okay...but once again I miss points. Sticking with the plastic card for now.
