Love coffee? Then you’re in the right place. The Costa Coffee app makes being a coffee fan so much easier and more rewarding. It’s the simplest way to collect Costa Club beans, order your favourite drink for collection in store, find your nearest Costa, view your beans balance and exchange beans for free treats. Yum!

All of your Costa Club details are in the palm of your hand, so there’s no need to carry your loyalty card. Just scan your phone at the till whenever you make a purchase, or scan the code from Costa Express machines whilst your drink is being made. You can even order your favourite drink from a Costa Express machine, all from the app!



With our app, you can:

• Log in with your current Costa Club account details, register an existing card or set up a new account (and get a new member bonus of 1 bean!)

• Use mobile ordering to order ahead and skip the queue in store

• You can now use your free drink rewards on Collect orders

• One touch contactless reordering from a Costa Express machine

• Treat a friend by gifting them a reward

• Track your beans balance to see when you have enough for a free handcrafted drink

• Find details of your nearest Costa stores including directions, opening times and facilities

• Ditch the card and keep Costa Club in your pocket at all times

• Add your Costa Club card to Google Pay



We pass your Costa Club ID internally within our systems to deliver more relevant and personalised content and rewards in the future.You can contact Customer Services to opt out of the profiling of your personal data.

Unfortunately, the Costa Coffee app is not currently available for use in Northern Ireland.

unfortunately the app says the store at Cornhill Bridgwater was open , but after walking to it I found it was closed for refurbishment . Why can't the app show that the store is closed. Today I tried to use the offer you sent me, but it could not be added to the app so I could use it. But you still send annoying notifications to use the offer.

Good, but doesn't let you add a gift card. So if someone sends one to you, you have to scan that then scan the app. A bit annoying. Plus, you have to 'activate' your offers and scan another barcode for it.

New update is awful, keeps logging me out every time and when in store internet connection to log in is poor. Rewards and offers are good. But it is very hard to contact them when you have problems, phone number doesn't work . Customer service email waste of time,7 times I have contacted them with problems and no answers. Finding the store, especially if it's a Tesco express or Sainsbury's local, to make a complaint is very difficult to put that store in.
