Misses points Used a few times but does not always add my points. Might not be apps fault but an unexperienced barista. Hear it beep once scanned and they say it was okay...but once again I miss points. Sticking with the plastic card for now.
Another "update" ... That screwed up. Can't you ever update this app without needing to reenter email and password? As others did, I opened the app while in the queue for coffee only to find I couldn't use it. Thanks! (sarcasm). Two updates later and I can still neither log in nor get a password reset email. Bye bye to this app and bye bye to Costa!
Potential Finally able to use app as a card - BUT can't login in. So potentially great feature just can't use it! Argh!
No longer working Tried to use when buying coffee. Need to put in login details - not accepted and although tried menu times cannot get a new password sent. Effectively this app is now odd no use.
Cannot register Enter coffee club card number and 'continue' button does nothing, just stuck on screen.
Rubbish Update First use after the update - no QR code, no account info, no points (all vanished into thin air)! Now I can't even access the app, won't take my password and won't allow a password reset. Pretty useless really!
