Ratings and reviews

I've got all the supermarket apps and this is easily the worst. All other apps generate the QR code instantaneously, however, it's always a struggle with this app. I often have to come out of the app and try again. It lengthens the time I have to spend at checkout so not much use. Additional note: even their advice to help is nonsensical. Their advice is to expand the screen. How precisely will expanding the screen or brightness help when there's nothing on the screen?

This app works well all of the time. I only ever had one issue, and when l contacted them, they responded so quickly and kept me updated. They even contacted me to say it should now be working and they were right. The app shows me what offers the place has and when l am in store it tells me what products have a reduced members price. Overall it is a user friendly app.

The app is useful for finding (small) savings on most of my favourite foods and other products that I need each week. I also like the Booster offers that they have added in recently, even if that means you have to spend more money towards them compared with the old points system. Lastly, contributing to local charities and organisations with your card and app is also very good in the long-term.
