an ok app, especially for the weekly offers that you can choose. One thing that is really annoying though is constantly having to sign in - literally every week I have to sign in and it drives me mad - no other app is like this on my mobile In response to the reply I've received, I do log in weekly, sometimes a couple of times a week

Very buggy app, sometimes it doesn't load any of the pages, I tried to fill in & send the "technical issues with the app " form but that kept asking for a batch code & won't send, when all I'm trying to do is report an issue with the app! Co-op used to be good, like their app, but both have gone downhill lately, it's a shame, I don't shop there that much now due to the declining customer care, now it's just about the money, just like every other supermarket, Co-op is no different.

Logs out frequently!! so I give up with it if it does that and I go shop somewhere else. And they seem to think everyone uses Google Wallet. Er, no. You be accessible or I leave. Otherwise, on the occasions it does open ok, it's handy to take advantage of weekly offers and not have to carry the card around (which broke off my keyring anyway) as the QR is in the app. So, 2 stars. Some offers are based on shopping from a decade ago though, and just aren't relevant any more.
