About this app

The My CB Wi-Fi App allows you to manage the Wi-Fi in your home that has a County Broadband fibre broadband service, anytime and anywhere using your smartphone or tablet.

It can simply and securely change passwords, consult and customise connected devices, pause the internet, set access times, share credentials, diagnose and optimize the quality of your network and much more.

Install and use the My CB Wi-Fi App for free on smartphones and tablets with Android 6 or higher operating system to:-
• Control and customise the County Broadband Fibre Gateway router, the Smart Wi-Fi Extenders and the devices connected to them.
• Assess the quality of the Wi-Fi signal from any router it is connected to, without the need to log in to the application.

Activating the County Broadband Smart Wi-Fi functionality ensures better Internet service at home, making it easier to use. The choice of 2.4/5 GHz Wi-Fi networks to be used, in each location, by each device, is no longer necessary, as there is now only one intelligent and reliable network that allows mobility.

Increasing the home's Wi-Fi coverage according to the needs of other services (television, videoconference, music, games, sensors, etc.) is easy and fast with Smart Wi-Fi Extenders that distribute the benefits of this technology throughout all rooms of the house.

CHOOSE HOW YOU WANT TO LOG IN TO THE APP:
• ENTER with Fibre Gateway administration credentials (see sticker on base). This mode is available when you are at home connected to your wireless network with the Wi-Fi credentials of your County Broadband access. Recommended for first access.
• ACCESS WITH your County Broadband account login allows access from anywhere, inside (Wi-Fi and mobile network) and outside the home (mobile network). The app allows you to create your County Broadband account login.
Important: if you haven't changed your Fibre Gateway administration password yet, you can do it with the My CB Wi-Fi App, increasing the security of your access.

• Check the connection time and traffic of the last 7 days of each device or equipment on the network
• Restart the Fibre Gateway router and Smart Wi-Fi Extenders
• Change Fibre Gateway router Administration Credentials
