ridiculous. expected waiting time 5 minutes, waiting time once I confirmed the booking 10-15 minutes. cancelled it and got charged 4.20. Absolutely appalling.
Avoid like the plague! Booked a taxi 6 hours in advance. They called me at the pick-up time to tell me there was no taxi in the area! It was midnight and they left me stranded. Dreadful.
Rubbish Service. Avoid. Left me stuck in the back of beyond late at night!

Excellent app Easy to use and reliable. You can't view the fare because these are proper taxis on a meter, not minicabs.
This release reinforces DAC’s new branding & adds a new feature we call ‘Hold Off’. If you’re flying to London we’ll track the flight so the vehicle’s there when you land, but if you wish to freshen-up before collection, you can add hold off minutes to the booking; this lets us know to hold the vehicle back until the aircraft lands, plus your hold off minutes, before the vehicle arrives. We’ve also beefed up some validation in the App and fixed a few bugs.
