though it offers three articles for free only, still is a good app. you can chill and listen to audio playing whenever you want, pretty impressive service.

I would have given the contents a 5 star rating, buy the app is too buggy and the service is (close to) non-existen. Right now I have to download every issue twice before it "sticks" (I had changed the setting to do not download automatically but I may change back). Whenever I get a notification, I am always directed to the app and then get nothing - on my old handset I used to get directed to the web version and can read the breaking news - an email to Tech Support seeking assistance never got replied. There are numerous other instances of lack of support… too many to list here. individually.

Once you installed the app and subscribe, you have no way to unsubscribe, I tried to send many many email to each department: asiadigital, unsubscribe department, but no one reply me. And the only one email replied was to clarify my acc no, device, and 8 digital code ID. I was so frustrated to request simply unsubscribe a trial experience, it supposed should be a good experience to feel how economist service, and now I only remain angry. I tried to sent my unsubscribe request the day after I log in, as I don't like the speed of downloading and some settings. It was fine,just my personal like or dislike. However, no matter I send email to different department, I can't get any reply, and I feel like I was cheated money. IT FEEL REALLY BAD!!!!!!!!!!This system suck!!Never use again
