Love this! Keeping track of calls to and from leads and contacts is vital to my business. Call2crm ensures that I can do this effortlessly, and adding a note to each call is key to making sure I always know what's been said and what I've committed to. And having this info pop up in my CRM on the next call is pure gold. No idea how I survived before call2crm! And the developer is incredibly responsive and helpful. The perfect app to give your capsule crm more power. It works on all incoming calls and outgoing calls. The great thing about it is: it just sits in the background so after calls are made or received it asks you if you want to send to crm. It can also new contacts created if not recognized and you can also white-list personal calls so they are never added. The app has a smooth interface and really easy to use.

So what does it do? Quite simply if you are using Salesforce or Capsule as your management system then you need this app. Basically, when you receive a customer inquiry it searches your Capsule or Salesforce contact list and if that number or contact does not exist it creates one for you. This is all part of the building and analysing that this app will do for you. You can not only store incoming calls but any outgoing calls too, great if the customer didn’t reply or the line was busy. I’m currently using the free version; downloading and installing was very quick and no glitches whatsoever. A very smooth interface and the green background and white font are really easy on the eye with very smooth transition when navigating between screens. I’m eagerly waiting for the developers to make it available for Zoho, but after just a couple of weeks using it with Capsule, I am seriously considering upgrading to the premium version when it is. It’s has helped me so much with the demographics of my calls, mainly inbound, and if I miss a call which I’m sure like any business person does, hates to miss them but this app will save it for you so that you can call them back.
