Currently only EMV ("Chip and PIN") cards are supported, but the application will attempt to discover known smart card AIDs for any other card type.
A background service can be started that automatically reads a card when inserted into an attached reader.
To use this application, at least one of these features is required:
-A device with USB host mode, a USB CCID smart card reader and a USB-On-The-Go adapter (1$ on eBay)
-Bluetooth and Omnikey 2061 Bluetooth reader
How to use the 2061 Bluetooth reader:
Pair normally using the android bluetooth settings screen and according to the 2061 manual. Turn on bluetooth on your android device, turn on your 2061, and open Smart Card Toolkit. The reader should now be ready.
The Omnikey 2061 reader can be bought from "isecuretech" at eBay. If no reader is listed in their eBay store, contact them at firstname.lastname@example.org. Price should be USD 99 + p&p.

The Handloadng Toolkit is a reference app for ammunition reloading. It contains two primary functions. First it contains more than 2,300 recipes for ammunition loads. Second, it has a calculators for determining reloading costs, Greenhill affect and the Riflemans rule.
The app is focused on three powder manufactures, HODGDON, IMR and WINCHESTER. Recipes include are large selection of powder types from each manufacturer.

In the application the STARRED items are favorites. To mark a favorite, simply select the STAR icon in the details of a recipe. If the star is GREEN it is selected as a favorite and will appear at the top of the searches.
