About this app

Application that reports on the most significant earthquakes that have occurred worldwide in the last hour, 12 hours or 24 hours, projected on an interactive map, indicating the limits of the tectonic plates. In addition, it allows you to filter earthquakes by magnitude (according to the most used intervals) and/or country, displaying the information in the form of a list or on the map.

The user can configure personalized notifications to receive information about the latest earthquakes that occurred in one, several countries or worldwide, and can also segment according to magnitude, or choose not to do so.

The information provided for each earthquake is the date-time (UTM), magnitude, location, distance from the epicenter to the nearest town, country and the seismic region to which the point where the earthquake occurred corresponds.

The application also has an option to find out the location, limits and name of the most important tectonic plates, either through a list or by clicking directly on them on the map.

There are other options that allow you to consult the Flynn England seismic regions, cratons, and margin types, including a brief explanation of what each of these elements is.
