Mandatory download for Princeton audiobooks, there is no alternative for listening to them, and yet the app cannot keep your place in the chapter AND the chapters are untitled. Ivy League app development at work here, they should be embarrassed UPDATED REVIEW 4/26/2025 Downloaded the latest update. They somehow made it worse. Book would only download after multiple crashes, multiple reinstalls, and multiple attempts to download, and needed to be connected to Wi-Fi. Absolute garbage

This app is not fit for purpose. I purchased ebooks, , and all it does is give errors and refuse access to them. When it used to work, it still lacked even the most rudimentary ebook reader features, such as a search function for ebooks. When I got the books in PDF format instead, the reader said the files were too large to open. Don't waste your money on ebooks from PU Press until they completely overhaul this app, or, better yet, go to a simple DRM-free download for purchased books.

I genuinely feel as if I've been swindled. PUP had a sale and I wanted two books immediately because of my job. It took four days for the book order to even be processed and now I can't open the books on my Samsung tablet because of a "permissions setting" directive that doesn't seem to have anything to do with my tablet. I can access the books on my phone, but the whole point of reading on my tablet is to avoid interruption from my phone. I have contacted support but they'll take a week!
