Happy customer of around 10 months. Their service is hard to beat. It honestly seems to be around the same price as going to the supermarket yourself these days, so it's well worth it to not need to come up with recipes yourself and to have it all delivered at home. App works great. Great recipe selection. Ingredient quality is no different than what you'd get in the supermarket. Genuinely good service that doesn't cost a fortune. I've had issues with other similar companies, but not Gousto.

We've been using you guys every week for the past 7 years (360+ weeks), never skipped. I spent on you £20k+ over this whole time! We were super happy until very recently - due to various reasons: quality of your products dropped massively, you reduced amounts of ingredients for the recipe (shrunk quantities used), you raised prices per box every few months several times a year (yeah sure, inflation and all that bs), etc. Had enough, and we are going to ditch your service, dear Gousto. Nice LTV!

we have 5 meals per week and thoroughly enjoy the vast choice of meals. its so easy to order and have all ingredients in the fridge, ready to go. there is no way we would eat such meals if we were thinking of meals or looking through recipe books. I love cooking and this has given me new skills and cookery ideas.
