The app is slow to respond and it is not possible to view the numbers fully when entering. The top of the screen seems to be cut off. The principle is great and it is handy but needs a tidy up.
Doesn't log in. Have just installed this app to try it whilst my energy is being switched over from my existing supplier. I have already setup an account and have entered the correct details into the app but pressing 'login' gets no response whatsoever. The mobile website works fine however and so I'll be using that to submit meter readings instead. Uninstalled
Has potential. But too many bugs. After 3 months still no bills showing. Won't show any gas readings I enter even though it accepts them. Can't rely on it to show anything accurately. Defeats the whole point of any online service.
Latest release regularly hangs on login
I like this app a lot but it doesn't seem to work properly. Several times I've tried to submit a reading and it won't allow it because it's "too low". A real shame as the app looks great and is very feature-rich. Please get it working properly.
Does not allow me to submit meter reads, does not show any of my previous reads (provided by phone to their CS) except for the opening figures. Regretting switching to this company tbh.
Our new app will provide you with a new dashboard, improved meter readings submission, as well as, a new way to manage more than one account. The new layout provides a more user-friendly navigation, so you can simply update your readings and check your most recent bills and payments.
