Every single time I've used this app somehow my order doesn't get placed (4/4 times). The last time the app was down on kaizans side and they gave me a notification and email saying order accepted the team. This has happened multiple times. Just call and order if you have to. Very frustrating to have an order placed an hour prior, reach to collect and be told they didn't even start preparing it yet

Great for orders and works. Apps don't need to be complicated they just have to get the information across and this one does just that. Haven't had an issue with an order since using it.

The app makes you enter your location before you can do anything like peruse the menu. Poor design. Also, when you select some of the menu options it adds the item to your basket instead of giving you a description. Only way to get a description of the item is to look in your basket.
