Every single time I've used this app somehow my order doesn't get placed (4/4 times). The last time the app was down on kaizans side and they gave me a notification and email saying order accepted the team. This has happened multiple times. Just call and order if you have to. Very frustrating to have an order placed an hour prior, reach to collect and be told they didn't even start preparing it yet

The app makes you enter your location before you can do anything like peruse the menu. Poor design. Also, when you select some of the menu options it adds the item to your basket instead of giving you a description. Only way to get a description of the item is to look in your basket.

App may say you are out of delivery range even though you are inside the delivery range. In addition the gps/map system they use has addresses registered as being in the wrong locations. This is a problem that persisted from the previous application but with that one at least you could see where on the map it thought the address was and adjust to suit. I was also prompted for my address on 3 separate occasions, giving the app a feel of not being very streamlined.
