You can communicate with your legal expert, 24 hours a day by sending messages and photos, when you need to. We will also send messages to you which will be kept clearly within the App. Everything will be stored within the app permanently, so that you can easily find and refer back to your important information.

Ratings and reviews

This app is not fit for purpose. It has taken weeks for my ID to be approved after uploading documents three times. I asked not to use it at the beginning given the reviews but there was no option to do this. Don't use it!

Awful. App does not work. The initial questionnaire is confusing, badly implemented and failed on submission. This is entirely unacceptable in a supposedly production ready appplication dealing with such critically sensitive user information. The android version of this app has obviously not been adequately QA tested, if at all. Do not use this app.

Awful! Tells you there are incomplete tasks when all the tasks are complete. We assumed the case was progressing but turned out our deeds got lost in the post. No notification to imply they were still waiting for this, no chasing, no reminders. At the 11th hour it seems the lender does not accept the apps method of obtaining signitures, so have do things the old fashioned way! Horrible experience. Don't make an app just for the sake of it, make an app because it is needed. This is not needed.
