The Inventory Egg App is optimised for fast, efficient, easy setup of new property reports, producing concise, accurate Inventory, Check In, Midterm & Check Out reports

Once a report is complete, sync with our servers to manage the report online where you can export it as a PDF or share it online directly with clients.

With our new app, we've focussed on improving key areas gleaned from feedback from professional Property Inventory Reporting Clerks / Inspectors creating Inventory, Check In, Midterm/Interim & Check Out Inspections and Reports on a daily basis.

Incorporating an intuitive design and a host of time-saving features, the Inventory Egg app allows you to produce clear, accurate Property Inventory Reports, quickly & easily.

Navigation within the app is designed to promote a workflow that mirrors the reporting process at a property, with most commonly used sections at the forefront (Rooms & Contents) whilst allowing quick access to all areas including Services-Utilities, Health-Safety, Appliances (gas/Electric), Keys, Tenant Details & Schedule-of-Condition / Overview pages.

Create New Reports based on existing e.g. where an Inventory is succeeded by a Midterm or a Check Out report at end of tenancy. Information & photos from the original Inventory Report are carried into the new Midterm or Check Out Report as a reference, enabling easy identification of changes & issues.

Inherit property details from an earlier report including Rooms and Contents of each room, with item descriptions from the original report.

Create New Reports and New Properties based on similar properties using Property/Report Lookup and 'Templates'.

Easily backup or submit property reports to the website from where they can be exported as PDF or allocated to the client/letting-agent for via the client/letting-agent's website.

Conversely, existing property reports can be quickly downloaded to the app or used for reference in new reports e.g. when creating a new Midterm or Check-Out report whilst referencing an existing Inventory with visibility of Photos from the previous report.
