Beautifully simple app. Elegant in it's simplicity. Everything you need for a breathing cue, with options to tailor it to the breathing pattern needed. Audible cues also. You can change the background to whatever hue you need to set the mood. The developer is very responsive and communications are prompt and straightforward. This is exactly the app I needed. The ability to customize the cycle with hold periods at both full and empty is the full profile needed. I haven't used the sounds but they are there. The only way I can thing to trick it out would be to add more sounds or to add variable patterns - but seriously, for a FREE app - no ads no cost no hassle - this is a perfect app.
Love the simplicity of app, the minimalist appearance, selection of sounds and how simple it is to use! You will not need to navigate through billions of tabs and subgroups to get to the setting you need. It's one menu and boom you're there! Less time wasted means more time to focus on breathing. Which is....what we're all here for, right? 😊
It's simplicity is key and this reduces stress! It is excellent. I don't want to share or log or export etc. Just want to breathe rhythmically at a rate that is not strained. That rate is different at different times and with this app I can so easily set it to what's suitable for me right now. It's a gem!
The new piano sounds are perfect. Now if you could update the other sounds like that, it would be a beautiful beautiful app. Please let it play in the background as well with the screen off. Thank you!
Graphically and conceptually is the best app of this type. But it'd need to have optional retain times (after inhale and after exhale) to be used as a pranayama app. Edit: five stars after update!
Perfect is the only word to describe it. Allows you to set a custom breathing rate with in and out holds, beautiful and relaxing visual interface. Try it.
