Not pretty, but does everything you want it to! The interface is a little ... functional. It won't win any awards for aesthetics, but in terms of pure function, this is easily the best banking app out there!
Great app. Great security. UI needs improvement I am really impressed with this app. very easy set up and notification feature let's me know everything in and out of my acc as it happens. Agree with others here that ui really needs improvement. Not really nice to look at is it? also dev must remove icon from notification bar. Possible addition would be the ability to hide app or some sort of secret login or concealed in a dummy app. Eg fake music player or game.
Not bad Had some issues setting up a Santander account, emailed support who were helpful and responsive, ended up having to create a new user ID for my Santander account as it was a problem on Santanders side now works great. Only thing I would suggest is have an option for always running or make the exit button easier to find rather then under settings (not everyone wants this always running in the background)
Very useful app I like the ability to display accounts from multiple institutions and this app was my main banking app for a few years. Unfortunately one of my two institutions supported by this app has changed their login process so it no longer accessible and that, combined with the improvements to my suppliers apps over the years, has led me to have stop using the app. If you have a number of supported suppliers then this is a useful tool for a one hit access to your transactions and balances.
Nice idea but doesn't work App plagued with daily problems on SGS3 - from encryption technical issues to simple connectivity issues (despite being able to connect through browser). Clearly does not work with all phones. Developer not quick to respond to genuine fault reports.
Good App' with Good Support I've been using this app' successfully for a couple of years now. There hasn't been an app' update in all that time, but there's no need to fix something that works! Apart from the server often being down at weekends, my first real problem happened a few days ago, and Support fixed it and answered some other questions I had very quickly. Thank you.
