This interactive 3D knots app teaches you how to tie the most common sailing knots. The app allows you to play, pause and stop the animation to make it easy to follow along. You can also rotate, tilt, pan and zoom to view the knots from different angles.

For each knot, there's also a step-by-step description on how to tie the knot. Furthermore, in the description of each knot you find the most common usage and misusage in sailing, information on the structure and reliability of the knot and interesting history facts.

Simple and useful. I really like the ability to drag the progress bar manually to follow along. Would be great to expand to include more knots.

Badly needs an exit button. And more knots. Also, a knots for dynema section? As normal knots slip with dynema. Good beginning for this app, videos are excellent!
