New to our app?
At MBNA, we’re boringly good at credit card stuff, which doesn’t make us ideal dinner party guests, but does make people want our credit cards in their wallets. Check out our Mobile Banking app.

Account management stuff
• Log on quickly and securely with your fingerprint
• Manage your account – check balances and pending payments
• Pay in cheques
• Easily transfer money and make payments to UK and international accounts
• View your PIN or request a new one
• Easily request a new card, report lost or stolen cards, freeze them and order replacements
• Quickly find and view transactions and statements
• Update your contact details
You can find plenty of other information in the app by using our ‘Search’ tool, as well as our handy ‘Help hub’.

Getting started
It’s quick and easy. You’ll need:
• The phone number that you’ve registered with us
• An MBNA credit card

Keeping you safe online
We do all we can to protect you online. This includes preventing connections from the app on devices that we think have been tampered with.

How we’ll contact you
Using our app won’t affect how we contact you. Our emails will address you by your title and surname, and include the last four digits of your account number, or the last three digits of your postcode. Any texts we send you will come from MBNA. Be wary of any message that differs from this – it could be a scam.

When you use this app we collect anonymous location data to help combat fraud, fix bugs and improve future services.

Fingerprint login requires a compatible device running Android 7.0 or higher and may not currently work on some tablets.

I've only had this card for one week and I'm already experiencing issues. I've been trying to register for online services through the app, but it keeps telling me they are having technical issues. How long until you guys fix this? When I called in , they said they could only help me with the web browser version and not the app. So the app gets a 1 star until it can start working again.

It works well enough, never had any real problems. Two annoyances are: 1. It would be nice to see the balances and end dates of special rates in the app rather than having to download statement PDFs (which apart from being a pain, are only correct on the day of the statement) 2. It would nice to change the DD amount within the app rather than the website. I frequently tweak my DD amount.

The worst app to set up to many activation codes before you can get access to the app I try put the activation code sent to the phone and if you say one number wrong block the app and we need wait again letters by post with the code. I set up every thing and now waiting another 3 a 5 days for another letter in stead give another 2 opportunity. I so annoyed with the app and I don't start yeat the app 2 stars that's the best for this app
