What is a mystery shopper?

A Mystery Shopper is a person who poses as a real customer whilst assessing customer service provided by a company or organisation. An assignment might be a quick visit to the bank to make a general enquiry, or it might be an overnight stay at a hotel. As well as visiting places, we also do telephone calls, emails, posts on social media sites, letters, website enquiries and even home visits.

Ratings and reviews

Very poor app. For managing work ìt does not have a save option. It is clunky. Poor.

For all of those who couldn't create an account, of you had of read the info about the app it had a link to set up your account before downloading the app. Probably a good thing, of they can't figure that out you probably don't won't them completing the assignments. Good app, just nothing in my location.

The app can be very slow and doesn't show all the available assignments for some reason in my area but when it does its alot easier to fill in an assignment via the app. My only criticism is they need to understand in this day and age plans have can change due to ongoing illnesses.
