New version of the 'app' seems to be a big step back. It's more a PC version than an app on a phone as it opens up in Chrome. Not as user friendly as before & not comfortable to use at all. Feels messy compared to the last version. I can't check the journey I'm on because it won't allow journeys in the past. There was nothing wrong with the way it was & I hope it goes back to the previous model. Gone from a 4 star to a 1, & everyone else seems to agree. If it ain't broke, don't fix it! Awful!

This has to be the worst upgrade ever. All the useful functionality is now missing. Where are my saved stations?, why doesn't the list of journey options fit on a single screen? Why do you have to re- enter both stations during an enquiry if you change the arrive/depart option? Why is it so slow to use when you need to quickly assess your travel options? Why doesn't the interface fit on a phone screen any longer? National Rail themselves suggest using a competitors app if you don't like it.

Was a really good app until the recent upgrade. Now it's lost functionality, and the important things, like which trains are running at what time, are difficult to see. Fares are ambiguous (they still don't show the cost of an open return) The app is buggy too. After you've looked up one train you can no longer scroll down and have to reset the app. Update 16/03/25 - still has the same bugs and the same functionality issues. I have the latest version of the app and can't see any improvements.
