Review from James Gorrill
Scrappy Having selected the desired journey, the 'purchase ticket' button merely takes you to an operators website where you have to enter all your travel information again. Frustrating and pointless.
Checked departures for my train which should be one stop / 15 minutes away. App told me my train was leaving in a few moments so I ran for it. But this train goes all the way outside the city for over an hour before coming back to one-stop short of the starting point-my destination. So thanks for recommending a train that takes 5 times longer than necessary.
The latest stupidity is a license agreement that pop's up every time rhe joke starts that has no option to accept it!? Needless to say that kills the widget instantly of course. Where do they find the idiots the write this joke software?
Used to be great. Now it doesnt tell me my trains, but says no trains available. Check online on my pc at least that tells me exactly. You can only check 1 line at a time as it wont show you anything if you need to change trains - worthless if you have no idea where to change
How the FK do you even purchase tickets with this app? Whoever was paid to design this is having a laugh, as much as the CEO's of a privatised rail company. DISGRACE
For crying out loud, this is the highest battery hogging app on my phone, ever since upgrading to Android 7. Can you actually optimise this app for the latest version of Android please as the widget doesn't work with battery saving mode
Used to be good, now it's has the wrong ratio for the screen so much so that all the times don't line up. The walking time between platforms is ridiculous. It does not take 20mins to walk from any platform in Liverpool Street station to the main tube entrance. But that's just one of many errors in this app. Poor journey navigation and display incorrect train information
