Review from James Gorrill
Scrappy Having selected the desired journey, the 'purchase ticket' button merely takes you to an operators website where you have to enter all your travel information again. Frustrating and pointless.
The quality of the data presented is brilliant but app is not intuative to use and screens are cluttered with confusing irrelevant options. The refresh button when monitoring a trains progress is at the top. It needs to be available in more places or move down with the train so that user doesn't need to keep scrolling back up to the top.
Crappy iPhone port and now you want to show targeted ads based on location. I thought the recent update might have included a visual overhaul to, you know, make it look like an Android app. No, you won't get paid for laziness. Not from me. Uninstalled.
Data badly presented. For the most part it is a confusing mess. The favourites should be a one touch affair, but no, it presents you with a confused unintuitive page requiring additional selections. I've stopped using it. Developers are trying to be too clever these days when actually we want clean clear and simple information.
Horrible interface, the more in a rush are the more horrible the app will seem. It has location targeted adds but the damn app doesn't know my nearest train station... You can see apps priorities...
Unable to login constant loading symbol. Tried to tell me no off peak tickets left with a 50% hike in price for anytime tickets. Went directly to the train company site, bought an off peak ticket no problem. Rip off.
Basically I use the same journey every morning and evening to and from work. But its not clear how to save a journey and when u do it doesnt show the timings for today, instead it show for the next day! It doesnt fit for people who use it for their work journeys.
