Generally the app works fine BUT on some car parks there aren't pay stations and if you haven't realised that, and so you haven't started a parking session but need to pay when you leave, there is no option on the app to do that, so you need to go to the NCP Pay Later web page. It would be so much better if there was a "Pay Later" option on the app instead of having to do it through a web site and add all your card and address details every time. Thanks!

Tricked by false promises. I downloaded the app and set up an account at the car park pay station because the sign promised me a cheaper rate if I paid with the app. I came to leave but there was no way to pay with my entry ticket. I was conned! Post review note -to give credit where due, the response to my review was swift and fair ftom the NCP team. I upgraded to 3 stars. Not happy, but no longer angry.

"parking made easy", yet you have to mess around downloading the app, creating an account, confirming your identity, logging in, selecting a car park, entering your reg, adding a card, approving the payment and then finally, 15 minutes later, having confirmation of parking. All whilst hoping you don't lose signal, otherwise you're unable to park there. Whatever happened to good old cash? Yours sincerely, a 27 year old.
