Sometimes crashes. Other than that it works for me ,able to order. When I can tells me if it's in stock.
It stutters and stalls. It has tantrums like a 2 year old and decides its going to do as it wants and not follow your instructions.
Ordered lots of items on checkout only to find out items i had removed from the basket had been added still. Wont be using this app again
The app itself is OK. The problem is that Next don't really get the whole content issue, and what they could do to contribute more to helping a customer make a purchasing decision. First off, the descriptions and sizing section are bloody daft. Other brands are helpful enough to give the height of the model and size they're wearing. This is helpful. Why not do so, since they have the information? It's not acceptable in 2018 to assume everyone will be looking for everything from your doorstop of a paper catalogue. The other thing that really annoys me is where you see something and can't find out until you add it to the basket that the item is out of stock in your size. There is no way to see what sizes are in stock, and you can spend a while mucking about trying to add something, because the error warning is only briefly there, and thus easily missed if your attention is being split between two things.
Essential for any Next addict! Easy to use and next day delivery, even when shopping til midnight, is really great. Clearance section is brilliant, but you have to look regularly to catch the bargains in popular sizes!
This has stopped giving me the option for buying flowers! So what's going on there, is it due to my postcode?
