I Can't create account, after inputting phone number a text verification doesn't come through. Another gripe is if you have no signal you can't report it unless you have access to WiFi. So you can only report a problem when you have Internet connection. But I does let you know if the mast near you has issues providing you have an Internet connection

Only half the app actually seems to function. When you try and sign up to be able to log in , it just force closes , I downloaded it to be able to confirm and report all the issues in my area , but like the o2 network itself , this app needs fixing

Got up be the worst app I have ever used. It won't let me register and keeps constantly throwing errors. I enabled the support email and got no response back. Very poor customer service. Kind of puts you off using 02 and makes you want to switch too another network
