Useless or is just awkward? Either way- I was not willing to get through the hoops of all the security questions, usernames, pins.Tried to chat to cs from the same mobile through an app- you have to type in your mobile no, username, pass and pin. It is safer than my bank, I have nothing to hide
No good any more I have a Samsung galaxy 7 and the o2 app is not working. I sign in and it doesn't show me what data I have use or anything. Only this it shows is wifi and the hot spots. Plz help as I have to go through Google and keep checking my data.
No breakdown on s7 edge Cannot get a breakdown of my data/texts etc like I can on my other phone. It's a small thing but big for me
Waste of time This is just a browser - and not as good as the one you've already got. Just go online and don't install this spyware. This app gives you no extra functionality than the website, and thus is really pretty useless.
Discusting I would not advise getting a contract out with O2 I have 4 contracts out with them been a customer over 2 years and I lost my phone which as far as I knew I had insurance but because my phone got disconnected because of a job change when I payed the bill 2 days late they put my phone back on but without the insurance so when I lost my phone and tried to claim on my insurance I didn't have any and am discusted with the way I have been treated
It does not work This app is useless. It simply will not log in to my o2 account
