Crap app I have had an issue with this app since september last year every time put my derails to log on a message appears (SORRY SOMETHING WRONG PLEASE TRY AGAIN Following a code 4) Contacted o2 for about 30 or 40 times about this but all they say we have to investigate and come back to u but no one did come back with a solution not happy at all.
Customer service is bad Customer service terrible waiting 30 minutes on hold before talking to her the first 45 minutes to pass around the piece of me I'm a valued customer not piece meat.
Great app from a great network! Absolutely brilliant app! Does pretty much everything I need it to and provides detailed information clearly.
Hardly works Next to none of the app loads, change tariff, unlock phone, add bolt-on, and a lot of other parts just continuously hang on the loading circle, this is a fresh install of 6.0.1 and a factory reset, the phone and connection are perfect, this app is very broken
Call failure because of virtually no physical signal.. Wtf? Many times I lose connection with a call as my signal disappears.. Wifi signal is strong though. Thought that was the point of this app???? Pretty stupid app really. Not fit for purpose!!
Simple. As it should be! Basic but useful info. Quick and reliable. No problems here...
