Rubbish service Just paid off my phone plan today and ended being charged twice. On top of that when asked why I had done so, I explained that I'm paying more than people I know for less. O2 then suggested that I take out a new contract for £29 unlimited calls,texts and 25gig of data even though new customers can the same deal for £25. Their customer service department is crap and once my contract is up I'm done with o2
Poor I use this app to tell me when my data is about to run out. Just checked it & the data meter is on the app anymore! Where the hell has it gone?
Payment problems. Why doesn't the due payments show anything to pay, everything is at zero, when I know there are bills are due?
