Not exactly the apps fault but trying to top up p&g with a debit card always fails. Why do you make it so hard to accept debit card top up ? And why can't I pay using PayPal instead of putting all my card details in only for it to say there was a problem right at the end. A Google search seems to suggest that the debit card needs to be linked to your account ? If that's true then why is it not mentioned anywhere or any links to set it up. Easier ways to top up from within the app needed than calling and it failing.

It doesn't work properly. No option for a pin like I used to on my s6- always logs me out and asks for login. Format when finally logged in is more like a website as opposed to an app. Seems like it can't keep up with new phones!
The app is great. Information is laid out really well making all the important things immediately visible, with direct links to further information and options. Navigation is, therefore, very easy. I am able to do pretty much anything I would want, including upgrading via the app. Love the fingerprint login. Well done O2. The only thing I would love to see is multi account support. I have three accounts but I can't use the app for the other two; I have to use the website.
Work perfectly OK for me, even with the latest update, on a variety of different devices, ranging from a geriatric asthmatic Samsung Galaxy Fame, three different Sony Xperia Z3 phones and tablet, and two Samsung Galaxy Tabs. Can't understand why others have problems with it. User error maybe, or denying required permissions? 😕
Even after so many years this still doesn't automatically log in when using mobile data! Try it everytime and it always asks for login details!
