Cool Loving the new app. Much easier to use. It does show minutes, text and data allowances - to the person who thought it didn't. Click on the icon to left hand corner.
Call failure because of virtually no physical signal.. Wtf? Many times I lose connection with a call as my signal disappears.. Wifi signal is strong though. Thought that was the point of this app???? Pretty stupid app really. Not fit for purpose!!
Excellent App... Excellent App. You can now pay you bill in / via the app and with Touch ID now implemented to access the app O2 have listened and responded with an excellent App, well done.
Not happy will not let me sign in refusing my user name even though it is the one I always use
Rubbish Won't let me log on, keeps saying my user name is not recognised even though its my usual log in user name.Uninstalled
Great app from a great network! Absolutely brilliant app! Does pretty much everything I need it to and provides detailed information clearly.
Two sim cards Because you at O2 won't let me have 2 sim cards for the same number. I'll be leaving you soon. Get with it O2.
