Iam registered with my o2 app was on contract but I am now on pay as you go can I still use the app when I sign in it's a blank screen please help

Since update I get error messages and can't log in. Massive companies like these should be able to sort an app before it goes live.

Now I have my Doro 8030 it is a really very good mobile and so easy to use. Have had a chat with a Guru and he said that there wasn't much extra he could tell me. After reading all the reports on Doro 8030 I can agree with the majority and it is so easy for a 81 year old to use and to enjoy.
Was good now waste of time as wont sign in saying somthing went wrong working on it...
