Cool Loving the new app. Much easier to use. It does show minutes, text and data allowances - to the person who thought it didn't. Click on the icon to left hand corner.
An application that does exactly what it says on the tin, totally reliable and very flexible. If you are an O2 customer you would be foolish not to have this on your device because it can answer all the questions you have and allows you to manage and understand your account. If only all apps were this good.....
It's handy for letting you know how much data you have left but that's about it. What I dislike most is when you click on perks and have a phonecall, you can't return to where you were. I was looking at tablets, had a phonecall and now...I'll buy one elsewhere.😒
Simple to use and lets me know how much data I have used. Would prefer if any unused data was automatically carried forward to the next period and not just lost. Can only carry forward additionally purchased data. Good information on billing.
To anyone who is have contract with o2. First up unused data as o2 claim, does not exist, i, am with contract with them( unfortnatelly but not long anymore). I have been with o2 more or less 10 years, durning that period-i don,t recive any huge loyality discount!!!!-2 quids wow!!!!. Pleaase think twice before tie up with them, bt give you even you you are not exist customer 5£, discount for the start. No mention about pay and go for o2 is an abstraction do the same like does bt mobile as a standard. The biggest diffrence is that, o2 15.000 hotspots-on the other hand bt has 5.000.000 any questions??? By the end of my contract, which comes to an end in the next year, i will sing up to the bt. In adition bt pay and go 6gb, unlim text; min for 11quids, does o2 have the same, frankly i doubt it. Well done o2 treat your customers whose nota bene paying your wages, i predict to you a brightly futher😁😁😁, that only on the other side.
This answers all of the questions i have regarding data usage, phone calls and any extras are answered with this app. I've not incurred any data problems or download problems. A great app.
Good app just your data drains like no tomorrow no matter what you do then the bolt on prices are stupid can't get a tarot with unlimited data it's stupid preferred giff gaff far better
