I have been using this app on and off for 3 years. I use it for pre and post workout stretching as well as my main yoga workout some days. It is a no excuse app. If listening to an audio book or program I can easily pullout my mat and do some quick stretches. I have even found myself doing the standing poses as a calming mechanism whenever and wherever (work, school, playground, airport, doctor's office or while in line at the grocery store😂). I like the updated graphics.
